The Directorate of Social Welfare provides Educational Scholarship to students with disabilities studying in Class A to VIII. Rate of Scholarship is same for all classes and amount is INR 300/- per month. |

Elligibility |
Above 40% disability; Resident of the state; applicant must belong to household below the poverty line (BPL), according to the criteria prescribed by the Government of India. Applicant should have scored passing mark in their previous annual examination. |

Procedure |
Applicant needs to apply to the District Social Welfare Office at concerned district with prescribed application form. Directorate of social welfare will verify and sanction the grant for the applicant. |
