Incentive |
The state has provision of providing pension, if the disability is due to militancy related incident. The rate of pension is Rs. 750/- per month per beneficiary. Family income from all sources should not exceed more than Rs. 2100/- per month |

Eligibility |
There is no age limit, Should have filed a First Information Report (FIR), He /she should not have any involvement in the militancy work, Minimum 40% of disability, Applicant should have saving bank account |

Disability certificate, Income certificate from Patwari, Copy of First Intake Report (FIR), A certificate form district collector of Non -involvement in militancy work, Passport size photograph |

Procedure |
An eligible candidate need to apply to Tahsil Social Welfare Officer /District Social Welfare/ khidmat centers at village level. These centers are run by J&K bank. In near future, application can be made online. The monthly payment will be credited to bank account of the appicant only. |
