Mera Mitra is an automated messaging tool focused on providing information related to disability space in India. This tool is powered by an artificial intelligent and natural language processing engine that allows users amongst other things tossearch for information related to disability in India. The content for Mera Mitra has been developed by Friends For Inclusion. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. However, Mera Mitra runs on systems provided by third parties such as Google, Facebook, Amazon etc and the developer does not have full access to the application . In particular, the developer has no ability to access the messages you send to Mera Mitra or the responses that it sends back to you.
