Incentive |
Any student who has disability is provided scholarship for studying in recognized school. The Scholarship is given to the students enrolled in class one and up to class 10th. The scholarship is given only for nine working months of academic year. The scheme is funded on co-sharing basis that is 50 % of the total expenditure is borne by the Govt. of India as Central Assistance and 50 % by the State sanctioning authority consists of following members: District Development Commissioner – Chairman, District Social Welfare Officer – Member secretary, Chief Education Officer – Members. The Rate of Scholarship is class 1st to 5th : Amount is INR 50/- and 75/- for boys and girls respectively; 6th to 8th : amount is INR 100/- and 150/- for boys and girls respectively and; 9th to 10th : Amount is INR 150/- and 200/- for boys and girls respectively. |

For OBC and Physically Handicapped students, Parental income does not exceed 2100/- per month, Minimum Attendance required 80%, Marks obtained in annual examination should be above 50%. |

Procedure |
The students have to apply to District Social Welfare officer (DSWO) through the head of the institute in a proper application form. DSWO will sanction the grants. The annual amount will be credited to the saving bank account of the applicant. |
