Incentive |
Educational scholarship is provided to student with disabilities. For students studying in class 1st to 5th : Amount is 250/- per month. Class 6th to 8th : Amount is INR 300/-per month. |

Eligibility |
There is exemption from the family income for those students studying in class 1st to 8th class, Resident of Chandigarh, Student must have scored passing marks in previous annual examination, Minimum 40% of disability, Student must have joint account with mother |

Disability certificate, Statement of marks indicating the maximum marks and those obtained at the previous annual examination passed indicating percentage of marks duly attested by a gazetted officer of the Central or State Government or Head of the inst |

Procedure |
Use the prescribed form through the Head of the Institution/school and submitted to the district education office for sanctioning and implementation. Annual scholarship amount is credited to the saving account of the student. The payment of scholarship will start from the month admission is taken and will be payable upto the month of examination/conclusion of training provided. |
