The Department of Social Security provide grant of disability pension worth of INR 250 per month to the all kinds of disabilities. |
Eligibility |
Above 60 % of disability, There is no age bar, The monthly income of the applicant does not exceed Rs. 1000/- per month in case of individual and Rs. 1500/- if husband wife both are live. In case of the applicant is not earning the income of their parents does not exceed Rs. 2500/- per month. In case such parent are more than two children, their income should not exceed Rs. 3000/- per month., Resident of the state |

Disability certificate, Income proof/ certificate from panchayat/affidavit, Residence proof, Passport size photograph. |
Procedure |
Applicant needs to apply to the Block Development Officer and Executive Office of Municipality in rural as well asin urban area respectively. Application form can be obtained and submitted at the same place. The monthly amount is remitted to saving account of the applicant in urban area and through cash in rural area. |
