The Directorate of social welfare provides educational scholarship to the student with disabilities studying in 3rd class onwards. Rate of the scholarship is same for all class standard and amount is INR 200/- per month. |
Eligibility |
Above 40% disability, Resident of the state, The applicant must belong to household below the poverty line (BPL) according to the criteria prescribed by the Government of India, Applicant should have scored passing mark in their previous annual examination. |

Disability certificate, Statement of mark sheet/progress report, BPL card number/income proof, Resident proof, Passport size photograph |
Procedure |
Applicant needs to apply to the District Social Welfare Office at concerned district with prescribed application form. Directorate of social welfare will verify and sanctioned the grant for the applicant. |
