Access to justice means that all people, whether disabled or not, are able to equally access the judicial system and exercise their legal rights, without being discriminated on the ground of their disability. It implies: sensitization of all the stakeholders such as judges, lawyers, police etc; ensuring accessibility of all buildings such as courts, police-stations, & commissions; and provide suitable support to exercise legal rights, including provide accommodations such as sign-language interpreters, information in accessible formats .
