Educational scholarship is provided to student with disabilities. For students studying in From 9th up to post graduation, INR 327/- per month( INR 3600/per anum and For the certificate/diploma/post diploma course in Vocational/ Technical Professional Apprenticeship : Amount is INR 327/-per month |

Eligibility |
For 9th onwards, annual family income must not exceed from INR 60,000, Resident of Chandigarh, Student must have scored passing marks in previous annual examination, Minimum 40% of disability, Student must have their own saving account. |

Disability certificate, Statement of marks indicating the maximum marks and those obtained at the previous annual examination passed indicating percentage of marks duly attested by a gazetted officer of the Central or State Government or Head of the inst |

Procedure |
Apply to the Director Higher Education, UT, and Chandigarh in the prescribed form through the head of the institution where candidate is admitted as a student/apprentice/trainee. Annual scholarship amount is credited to the saving account of the student. The payment of scholarship will start from the month admission is taken and will be payable upto the month of examination/conclusion of training provided. |
