Eligibility |
Either of the two partners or both should have a disability; Resident of state of Chhattisgarh since last 5 yrs, Age of the husband should be between 21yrs- 45yrs, Age of the wife should be between 18yrs-45yrs, Marriage should have been done either through the cultural norm or legal registered marriage, No one should be in the category of tax payer, Should be free from any criminal record or domestic violence case, Should not have any living spouse of any partner |

Documents required |
Joint photo of the couple, Duly filled application should be certified by district collector, Marriage certificate/proof, Judicial Stamp paper of INR 50 signed by couple, Disability certificate. |

Procedure |
Application form can be obtained from Social Welfare Department and payment will be reimbursed through the social welfare department after approval from collector. Incentive will be given at once. If their marriage got broken within the period of 5 years due to any reason, then they have to return back the full amount of incentive. |
