Disability discrimination occurs when a person because of their disability, is not given the same opportunities, or treated less favourably than others in a similar situation. Take for instance, a person is denied entry to a hotel because they have leprosy, or a child is denied admission in a school because of her learning disability. I’ve more information on this subject. You can ask me to explain Direct discrimination & indirect discrimination.
