The department of social justice is giving assistance to the persons with disability for their marriage. There are two categories of incentive as following:a) If disabled is marrying with non disabled ,then incentive is INR 25,000 and b) If both partners are disabled then, incentive amount is INR 50,000/- one time assistance. Incentive rules: Incentive will be given at once; If their marriage got broken within the period of 5 years due to any reason, then they have to return back the whole amount of incentive; One partner or both partners should come under any form of disability then only they will be eligible to avail the incentive. |
Eligibility |
Couple should be resident of Madhya Pradesh since last 5 years, Minimum age of the boy and girl at the time of marriage should be 21 years and 18 years respectively, Marriage should have been done either through the cultural norm or registered marriage, No one should be in the category of tax payer, Should be free from any criminal record or domestic violence case, Couple should not have any living spouse |

Disability certificate, Marriage certificate (copy of registered marriage certificate or certificate from sarpanch/ MLA/Panchayat/ district panchayat, Attested Couple’s photo, Self declaration certificate on stamp paper of INR 50/- where signature of two |
Procedure |
Apply to joint Director or Deputy Director of district social justice department and submit the form at the same place in a prescribed manner. |
